Prabhu Deva started his career as a choreographer and gained fame for his innovative dance moves. He has choreographed numerous songs in various languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam. His unique style and energetic performances made him one of the most sought-after choreographers in the industry.




After establishing himself as a successful choreographer, Prabhu Deva ventured into acting. He made his acting debut in the Tamil film "Indhu" in 1994 and went on to act in several Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi films. Some of his notable movies as an actor include "Kadhalan," "Minsara Kanavu," "Kathakali," and "Rowdy Rathore."

In addition to his career as a dancer and actor, Prabhu Deva has also directed several films. He made his directorial debut with the Tamil film "Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana" in 2005 and has since directed movies in various languages, including Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Some of his popular directorial ventures include "Pokkiri," "Wanted," "Rowdy Rathore," and "ABCD: Any Body Can Dance."

Prabhu Deva's contributions to the film industry have earned him numerous awards and recognition. He has received several Best Choreographer awards and has also been honored with the National Film Award for Best Choreography for the song "Mukkala Muqabla" from the film "Kadhalan."
