Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last prophet in Islam and is revered by Muslims as the final messenger of God. Born in Mecca in 570 CE, he received the first revelation of the Quran from the angel Gabriel at the age of 40 and spent the next 23 years of his life spreading the message of Islam. He preached monotheism, social justice, compassion, and moral integrity. His teachings form the basis of Islamic faith and practice, covering various aspects of life, including worship, ethics, and governance. Prophet Muhammad's life and sayings, known as the Hadith, provide guidance for Muslims worldwide. He passed away in 632 CE in Medina, leaving behind a legacy of profound spiritual and social significance.
